Luke renovated and repaired the wooden floors in our apartment recently. Damage due to a water leak was repaired better than expected and he suggested and helped us decide which finish would be best.
His ideas on new thresholds and an inset doormat meant that the completed project more than fulfilled our expectations. A very professional job.

We were delighted by the work done by Luke and Rich. Despite all the complications of lock-downs and the approach of Christmas, Luke managed to coordinate the renovation of both a living room and bedroom floor to coincide with our house move.
We also particularly wanted a dark colour finish which Luke managed to blend to perfection. Passion and professionalism is a great combination!

My house has wooden floors throughout, but I can easily tell which were installed by Luke and which were there already – he takes the trouble to prepare the subfloor properly, which makes all the difference.
Plus he moved heaven and earth to get the job done in time for Christmas. Highly recommended.

Luke and Rich have transformed our tired, worn (and occasionally dangerous) old pine and oak floors into things of great beauty and they’ll be solid now for the next 150 years.
They are also a pleasure to have around, meticulously clean and tidy – and their attention to detail and ability to problem solve is second to none. Huge thanks!

I am so grateful for Luke’s expertise and work in fitting our engineered wood floor. Having not had a wood floor installed before Luke was great at helping us with a detailed quote, flexibility and answering all our questions.
The results have been perfect, even with the additional need to fix a bad concrete floor, add a damp proof membrane and use flooring I had purchased separately, the work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Luke and his services.

Luke provides a complete service, his workmanship and ongoing customer care are to a high standard. We have used him twice now, in 2 different period properties, and have been very happy with the floors on both occasions.

Luke helped to save our floorboards! We spoke to a few other companies who said they couldn’t complete the work on our very old and very beaten up floorboards and we were very disappointed and ready to look for alternative flooring.
But we gave Luke a call and he was happy to do the work and bring them back to their former glory. Over the moon with the end result, and it has totally transformed the rooms in our old cottage!

Luke helped us out on a small project. We were trying to fit laminate flooring in our new flat where there had previously been carpet. Luke came round and very clearly talked us through the work that would be necessary.
He completed the job before his deadline, and has done an amazing job! The floor looks really good, and the quality of the finishing around the edges is excellent. ‘May the floors be with you!’.

Great depth of knowledge about floors, flooring and flooring treatments – bettered only by his hawklike attention to detail plus his total commitment to transforming your floor into the best it could be.
We’ve made use of Luke’s skills twice and each time he’s left our floors not only in a far better state but in a far better state than we could have imagined. You get what you pay for!

The job was the strip a pine wooden floor in an upstairs lounge 20 foot square. I had received two previous quotes and Luke’s was the most reasonable for my budget. The team of two worked very quickly and efficiently to sand the floor back to its original natural wood colour achieving an even overall effect.
I was very impressed with the service of the company, who arrived punctually over the three days, were very pleasant and kept me informed of their progress all through the process. When the final coats of lacquer had been applied the effect was of a brand new floor achieving a lovely natural wood finish…. I was delighted!

Luke was easy to get hold of on the phone, and always turned up when he said he would. He needed to rectify my wood kitchen floor that had not been laid properly.
The work was carried out as quoted and I’m happy with the end result. I have no problem in recommending him for any future work.

Luke cleaned and treated my internal wooden floors as well as cleaning, treating and covering my outside balcony decking with anti slip.
I found Luke and his assistant were very professional in their approach and how they carried out the work. Any queries, issues I had (which were minor) were quickly resolved without any fuss. I would highly recommend Luke.

Luke recently came to my rescue with an old wood floor that had been destroyed by a layering/gluing down of marmoleum. He and his team made the floor – and room – look better than new, and did so without making any mess or dust at all (which I honestly didn’t think was possible! )
I would highly recommend them, and am 110% satisfied with the work.

Luke has transformed our public areas by stripping back and restoring our wonderful parquet floors. Neither job was easy and his hard work and dedication can be seen in both floors he restored.

This job involved the restoration of an original but badly-damaged 1930s American oak floor in the living room and hall. From the original inspection it was obvious that Luke F. Knew what he was talking about.
His quote was most acceptable, coming in at less than it would have cost us to carpet the area involved. He turned up when promised, made no mess at all and finished the work within the time specified. I cannot recommend him too highly. Polite, professional and work done to a high and affordable level. We now have a floor which is beautiful, individual and admired by all.
